- We have a complete kit, lacking in nothing.
This seems like and obvious claim but if you could hear some of the horror stories our tech line hears about our competition you would agree on the importance of this simple statement. We supply you with every piece you need, every washer, nut and clip; everything for a normal installation that will enable you to do this in your garage, or right there on the driveway. No lift required, just a jack and some jack stands.

Again pretty obvious, but it is remarkable that anyone can sell a product without instructions. Believe it or not we have had people purchase a “nock off” of our Steeroids (beware, they are out there) and then post on the forum the link to our website to download the instructions! It’s a sick world out there folks.
- You have 99% of the tools you will need.
The only tool you may not have is what we gear heads call a “pickle fork”. It is a tool used to split the old tie rod ends from the steering arms. Most tool rental companies have one for a nominal fee, or you can buy your own; they cost around $20. Remember, there is no such thing as too many tools!
- You already have the skills to do this conversion.
If you own tools, then you have had them in your hands. That is all it takes; minimum mechanic skills. Steeroids is bolt on - you take the old stuff off and put our stuff in its place, no welding, sawing or fabrication of any kind. It is easy and so rewarding.

What about my alignment, wont someone need to do that?
Yes, unless you have to tools but that is no reason to panic. Our installation instructions show you how to do a preliminary setup that will allow you to safely drive to an alignment shop and let them take it from there. We even supply the suggested settings so you take full advantage of your new kit. Literally thousands of our customers scattered around the world have done their own installation with no problems, and there is no reason why you can’t do it as well.
